When I became a parent for the first time, I faced some of the same fears and uncertainties you might be feeling! I was fortunate to have an incredible doula by my side. She had an uncanny ability to both calm my fears and keep me feeling like the badass birthing superhuman that I was. I was also lucky to have a photographer in the room, capturing all the moments I might have otherwise forgotten - from the powerful and emotional to the weird and awkward. 

I'm well aware the the price tags on doula support and birth photography can be intimidating, and this can keep expectant families from considering these services...services that can often be game-changers in the outcome of your birth story.
