Connecting with your baby through yoga allows you the time and space to learn and understand everything that's happening within. Taking the time to slow down and listen to your body and baby begins to prepare you for labor and delivery. Knowing you can trust your body and intuition are powerful tools as you make your way into parenthood.
I have been practicing yoga for more than ten years and am a 200YTT and trained Pre/Postnatal yoga instructor. Prenatal yoga was a huge part of my own pregnancies and assisted in guiding me through the births of my daughters in ways I couldn't have imagined!
