Prenatal Yoga

Pregnancy asks a lot of your body—and your spirit.

Prenatal yoga gives you space to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the quiet wisdom growing inside you. These classes are designed to support every phase of pregnancy, offering mindful movement, evidence-based breathwork, and grounding rituals that prepare you not just for birth, but for the daily shifts of becoming a parent.

Whether you're brand new to yoga or deep in your practice, you're welcome here.

Prenatal yoga classes are offered two times a week at Origin Chiropractic in downtown Princeton, TX

A gentle, grounding class designed for deep rest.

Moonlit Mamas is a calm and cozy evening practice focused on breathwork, meditation, and restorative movement to help quiet the mind and settle the nervous system. This class is especially supportive for those navigating anxious thoughts, sleepless nights, or the emotional shifts of pregnancy.

We’ll slow down together, building mental resilience and inner calm to carry with you into labor and early parenthood.

Root & Bloom helps you stretch, strengthen, and support your body as it changes week to week. With mindful movement tailored to the needs of pregnancy, we’ll focus on posture, pelvic stability, and functional strength—all with your upcoming birth in mind. Come prepared to move, connect, and feel empowered in the physical work of carrying and birthing your baby.

What To Expect

Each class is designed to meet you right where you are—whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. We’ll move through gentle, intentional sequences created specifically for the pregnant body, with a strong emphasis on breath, alignment, and mindful connection to your baby and yourself.

Classes are kept small so you’ll never feel lost in the crowd. We open with time for check-ins and conversation, giving you a chance to connect with others in the same season of life. Over time, this community often becomes one of the most meaningful parts of class—a circle of support that extends beyond the mat.

Come as you are. Wear what feels good. You don’t need fancy gear or prior experience—just a willingness to move, breathe, and be present.

Why Prenatal Yoga?

Pregnancy changes everything—your body, your breath, your identity. Prenatal yoga offers a space to soften into that transformation.

It’s not about doing the “right” poses or perfecting your practice. It’s about building trust in your body, making space for what’s unfolding, and learning how to meet intensity with breath and presence.

Whether you’re preparing for your first birth or your fifth, this practice can help you move through pregnancy with more ease, awareness, and connection.

Curious to learn more? I share deeper reflections, evidence-based insights, and honest thoughts about the role of yoga in pregnancy and birth over on the blog. It’s a good place to start if you’re wondering what this practice might offer you.
